So why are we still part of the EU? Even the experts don’t understand how it works, if it is worthwhile being a part of, no cost analysis has been done…it’s just a complete mess.
Rotherham said: “The cost of the regulations, in terms of the UK, is greater than the actual value of the trade that it is meant to regulate. That’s because the regulations cover ten per cent of the British economy, which is our exports to the EU, but actually cover 100 per cent of the UK economy, 80 per cent is internal, ten percent is to the rest of the world”. So the whole economy has to pay the price of the 10 per cent regulated by the EU.
WTF? And Lee Rotherham understands “the EU”.
The only people who benefit are washed up politicians and bureaucrats who can’t find real jobs.
Oh and if you are wondering why the cost of hiring plants is about to go up…ask the EU there has been a 43.6% increase in import duty on the glass fibre from China. This has been imposed by the European Commission via anti-dumping measures on glass fibre products originating from China despite a clear majority opposition to the move…thanks guys - make everyone’s life just that bit more difficult!
