Up Down Up Down…Business rely upon being able to make informed decisions based upon good advice, best practise, being able to work out the costs and make an informed decision…it’s just business.
However, the latest inane dribblings to come out of central government*, is to cut the biofuel subsidy. That’s right your carefully planned investment in dual fuelled/biofueled vehicles has just gone tits up.
Edmund King, the president of the AA, said: “People who invested in these vehicles capable of taking these high blends of bio fuel are being left high and dry.”
If you’re in politics and reading this…do you understand why people take little notice of you? Because they can’t trust you.
BTW (just in case you don’t read the article) Will you be investing in electric vehicles just because our beloved government thinks they could be a good idea or will you wait until you know they really mean it? And that’s the rub, oh political people, good decisive governments manage to get progress/change through faster because they can be trusted.
* the people that say we must go green before life as we know it ceases – of course it’s not JUST a backdoor tax
