Dear ScottishPower

For the second time I organised my schedule and worked from home in order for one of your representatives to replace a meter, which has apparently reached the end of its operational life. For the second time no representative from your company turned up to carry out this critical work.

But that’s OK because I’m a cool person who can multitask and it’s no big deal…

What really pisses me off and makes Scottish Power looks like complete fucktards is the last paragraph…

“If we are unable to gain access we may obtain a warrant for access under our statutory rights of access.”

It might be more urgent for your to put in place a decent customer services policy, instead of acting like complete wankers!!!

So I look forward to sending you my bill for wasting my time again and not even having the decency to let me know that you would not be turning up.
